Blaugust 2025 and blog plans

Well, I found out about Blaugust 2 weeks ago via one of the blogs I follow (which one, I cannot remember), I wanted to join, and then… I did not.

But it is never late to post something and join, even if it is just for one post.

So, I thought I would talk about my future plans for this site.

I want to add different styles, like at localghost.dev (I love the vibe, and I am secretly jealous of the amazing name).

I would also like to add a “Collections” section, where I will move the Books page and add others like movies watched, fountain pens owned… I also want to change the Books page to have the data locally instead of pulling it from my Goodreads profile.

What else?

I have been looking for webrings to join. I want to add a blogroll page too, and I do love the 88x31 badges!

In general, I want to have a more “retrocomputing” vibe, maybe with some sci-fi inspiration (retrofuturism vibe?). That should be the default CSS style in the end. But I am no web developer, so things tend to take a while… But! I joined the 32bit.cafe community and I am already diving into the myriad of cool resources that they have.
